Our Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal. That is why Natures Sunshine is our herb and supplement supplier. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, please return any unused portion to NSP within 90 days of the date purchased from NSP for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). For more information, please see our return procedures. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated and does not apply to the Nature’s Spring water treatment system, Juice Factory 2000 & Nature’s Seal cookware—these items carry individual limited warranties.

Return Procedures
All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service department. Please call 1.800.223.8225 for an authorization number. Order confirmation numbers are your proof of purchase, keep your invoices so they can be referred to as needed. Order numbers and lot numbers must be provided for all returns.
